Caesar Salad Dressing
2 whole eggs
2 cups oil
2 cloves
Whip eggs together.
Add oil in really slow.
Put cloves in right after its thick like mayonaise.
Cut romanine.
Throw parmesean in, lemon juice(half a lemon),
croutons and bacon bacon bits.
Note: Integrated by a friend( A Red Seal Chef)
This is so handy & awesome for Caesar Salad or Chicken Caesar.

~Strawberry Facial Mask~
3 tbsp. warmed honey
3 tbsp. organic yogurt
3 or 4 strawberries

~Slice strawberries first(mash)
~Put yogurt into honey
~Add strawberries
~Whip together with fork
~Put thin layer on face for 15 minutes
~Rinse off with warm water

This recipe is pretty close to my mom's Enjoy!!
Peach Cobbler recipe
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar, divided
1 tablespoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 cup milk
4 cups fresh peach slices
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Ground cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)

Preparation
Melt butter in a 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
Combine flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt; add milk, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter over butter (do not stir).
Bring remaining 1 cup sugar, peach slices, and lemon juice to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly; pour over batter (do not stir). Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve cobbler warm or cool.

*Easy Peppermint Mocha Recipe*
8 oz Maxwell House coffee
1 packet hot chocolate
1½ tbsp peppermint syrup
1-2 oz milk
Whipped cream (opt)
Crushed candy cane (opt)
***********************************************
Brew 8oz of Maxwell House coffee (any blend will do).
Add 1 to 1½ tbsp of peppermint syrup (not extract) to the coffee and stir. Adjust based on taste.
Add a packet of your favorite hot chocolate to the coffee and stir until blended.
Add a splash of milk (1 to 2 oz).
Top with whipped cream and crushed candy canes for garnish and enjoy!

Chicken Ramen Noodle Soup
Prep Time: 15 mins
Cook Time: 25-30 mins
Yields: 4
Ingredients
peanut oil - 2 tablespoons
medium yellow onion - 1, finely chopped
celery - 2 stalks, diced
medium sized carrots - 2. diced
garlic - 2 cloves, minced
low-sodium chicken broth - 5 cups
soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
mirin sauce - 1 tablespoon
lime juice - 2 teaspoons or to taste
Sriracha - 2 teaspooons
sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
white pepper - to taste
salt - to taste
dried Ramen noodles - 2 packs
cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
Chicken sausages - 2, cooked and sliced
medium-boiled eggs - 4
green onion - 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
Instructions:
1.In a heavy bottom saucepan, heat the peanut oil over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots and celery, sauté until tender.
2.Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Then pour the broth into the saucepan and place over medium-high heat.
3.Bring to a boil and lower heat to simmer for another 10 minutes.
4. Add the Ramen noodles and sausages, simmer for about 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and white pepper.
5.Add chopped cilantro and remove from the heat. Serve hot garnish with egg halves and green onion.
